    Body Flow



    BODYFLOW is a Les Mills, International class combining Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga designed to make you feel longer and stronger, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. It will be a similar class each time that will allow you to get comfortable with the movements and to see the progress as your health and well-being improves. Please bring a towel and water.
