Courts may be reserved by a member up to one day in advance by calling the main Front Desk at 865 -531-5000 or the Tennis Office at 865-531-5050 (during its operational hours). Court reservations will be taken from opening until closing each day. Members under 12 may not reserve courts and may play only under the supervision of an adult. Only one court reservation may be made at a time.
a. Singles or doubles courts may be reserved up to one and one-half hours.
b. All members and their guests must check for their court assignments at the main Front Desk or Tennis Office (during its operational hours). Failure to do so may make it necessary for our staff to interrupt your game.
c. A guest must be with a member who is also playing. Upon checking in, a guest is expected to present a photo ID, sign a guest waiver, and pay the guest fee.
Note: Indoor tennis court fees are to be paid at the main Front Desk or Tennis Office prior to play.
Lack of court cancellation, resulting in a no-show for a reserved indoor court, will result in the players being charged for the court time.
d. There is a 15 minute grace period on court reservations. After 15 minutes, the Tennis Office or Front Desk may re-assign the court.
e. Traditional tennis attire, t-shirts designed for tennis, and regulation court shoes are acceptable. Please no tank tops (men only), cut-offs, swimsuits, or crop tops. Players must wear shirts at all times. Only tennis/court shoes are allowed on the court surface.
f. Management reserves the right to suspend court privileges for any member who does not comply with the above stated policies.
