Power Up is a free fitness class for boys and girls ages 8-13 that will introduce total body exercises. This class will use many aspects of exercise including circuit training and
games to build cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and most importantly having fun while getting physically fit. Instruction will be done by fitness instructor and personal trainer, Stacy Scott and fitness instructor Brian Tipton.
Parents will need to sign their children up for class before class starts at Studio #2. There is a 12 participant maximum for each class.
Make sure proper exercising attire is worn including tennis shoes. If you have questions or concerns about the class please direct your questions to Mark Johnson, Fitness Supervisor at (865) 531-5740.
