We are committed to offering you the latest state-of-the-art equipment to meet your fitness needs. We have four incredible lines of variable resistance equipment and an Olympic free weight area. After you've toned up, it's time to exercise your heart with a walk around our indoor track. For your cardiovascular workouts, check out the Cardio-Theater and work up a sweat while you

channel-surf through television and music selections including CD and radio.

Our exercise physiologists can give you an equipment orientation and a Fitness Assessment. In order to devise a personal exercise plan tailor-made just for you, we recommend having a Fitness Assessment to determine your level of flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  These services are included with membership.  To schedule these services call (865) 531-5021.

Physical Therapy Screening
Parkwest Therapy Center at Fort Sanders West provides complimentary injury evaluations for our members. The sessions are 30 minutes and you can learn more at the fitness desk located in the strength and conditioning area or call Jerod Adams at 531-5710 to set up an appointment.

This class is designed to prepare the novice-advanced triathlete for the upcoming season of Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons of moderate distance such as the Foot Hills Sprint.   The focus of the class will be on the physical conditioning for a race.

The instructors will be Katie Logan, MS, Training Coordinator for FSHFC, ACE Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness instructor, and recreational triathlete: Kim Pemberton, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, WSI Certified, X-Terra National Triathlete, and a swim coach for 25 years.

 Class requires a minimum of 8 participants so please sign up by April 15th
