After you've toned up, it's time to exercise your heart with a walk around our indoor track. For your cardiovascular workouts, check out the Cardio-Theater and work up a sweat while you

channel-surf through television and music selections including CD and radio.

Our exercise physiologists can give you an equipment orientation and a Fitness Assessment. In order to devise a personal exercise plan tailor-made just for you, we recommend having a Fitness Assessment to determine your level of flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  These services are included with membership.  To schedule these services call (865) 531-5021.

Physical Therapy Screening
Parkwest Therapy Center at Fort Sanders West provides complimentary injury evaluations for our members. The sessions are 30 minutes and you can learn more at the fitness desk located in the strength and conditioning area or call Jerrod Adams at 531-5710 to set up an appointment.
