- American Council on Exercise certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1997
- Psychology Major - ETSU graduate

- Training women trying to get fit or stay fit at any age - youth to seniors
- Weight loss, post-surgical rehab, arthritis or orthopedic issues
- Small group personal training and functional training
Personal Philosophy:
I would like my clients to develop an enjoyment of the process of exercise, not just the result; to value movement for its own sake, not just its contribution to good health. This is when exercise becomes part of who we are and what we do.
