  • American Council on Exercise certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1997
  • Psychology Major - ETSU graduate

Specialty Areas:

  • Training women trying to get fit or stay fit at any age - youth to seniors
  • Weight loss, post-surgical rehab, arthritis or orthopedic issues
  • Small group personal training and functional training

Personal Philosophy:

  • I would like my clients to develop an enjoyment of the process of exercise, not just the result; to value movement for its own sake, not just its contribution to good health. This is when exercise becomes part of who we are and what we do.


Availability:

  • Weekdays 7 a.m. or after 5 p.m.
  • Will accept new clients if schedule allows
