Kid City will provide safe and quality child care for members during their workout at the Fitness Center.

Kid City Classes: Schedule
Kid City is designed to keep children engaged and active. We do also provide additional classes to help children grow. These classes are just an extension of the great activities children can have while in our care.
Bouncercize: 30 minutes - A class for 3-5 year olds that includes tumbling, hand/eye coordination, balance activities and general team building skills. Sign-ups are in Kid City. Class size is limited to 12, so please arrive early. There is a minimum of 6 children needed for class
Kick Start: 45 minutes - This class is for 2-6 year olds that enriches and encourages early learning processes through social, cognitive, physical and language development. Sign-ups are in Kid City. Class size is limited to 14, so please arrive early. There is a minimum of 6 children needed for class.
Story Telling: 30 minutes - This class will be devoted to telling favorite children’s stories. This will take place in Kid City; any child signed into Kid City during the class can participate.
Toddlercize: 30 minutes - This class engages 2-4 year olds to develop their motor skills and hand-eye coordination through fun, rhythmic, dance movements. Sign-ups are in Kid City. Class size is limited to 10, so please arrive early. There is a minimum of 6 children needed for class.
Outside Fun: SEASONAL - This activity will take children to the Kid City playground outside or to do sidewalk chalk. Both activities are located behind the facility by the café. Children must be at least 3 years old and potty trained.
