    TRX - Total Body Resistance Training

    Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center is pleased to offer classes in Suspension Training®, or leveraged body weight exercise. Devised by a U.S. Navy SEAL and developed by Fitness Anywhere®the method uses a portable TRX® Suspension Trainer™ that allows participants to safely perform unique movements that build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.

    Total Body
    Total Body is a fast-paced 30-minute session designed to target the major muscle groups. This session is designed for those who must make the most of their time and need a great full-body workout. Suitable for all TRX users.

    Total Core
    Total Core is a 30-minute session designed to target deep core muscular development. This training session takes core work to another level. Suitable for all TRX users.

    Power hour
    Performed at a slower pace than the 30-minute session, Power Hour is designed to fatigue the muscles to their max. Cost is $24 per hour session or the removal of 2 sessions from a package. Ideal for the intermediate to experienced TRX user.
