Have you ever wished you could have a personal trainer and a dietitian to help you lose weight like the celebrities do? Now you can! At Fort Sanders Health & Fitness Center, YOUR GOALS ARE OUR GOALS!

Our diet and exercise program provides you with weight loss expertise that goes far beyond calorie counting and prepackaged foods--we give you the tools to change your life! Plus, while you're enrolled in our program, you will have full member access to the fitness center. We want to do more than help you crash off pounds. We want to help you reshape your life!

Our Weight Management Program offers two enrollment options:

Weight gain doesn't happen overnight, and permanent weight loss won't happen overnight either. That's why it's important to ditch the fads and the potions for a common sense approach you can live with and enjoy for a lifetime.
