A 60 minute class utilizing buoyancy belts and toys for an awesome aerobic
workout with absolutely no impact.
Interval Training (45 minutes):
A true cardio respiratory workout that includes cycles of high intensity “work” followed by low/moderate intensity “recovery”.
This class is held in the pool and is based on classes designed by the Arthritis Foundation. The class focuses on joint mobility and range of motion from head to toe. This low intensity class incorporates both shallow and deep end exercises.
This class combines shallow and deep water and utilizes traditional aqua resistance equipment and the water’s resistance and buoyancy for an aerobic and muscle toning workout
with little to no impact to the joints. Great for all ages!
Known as the Zumba "pool party". Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.
