    Belly Dance


    Belly Dancing  will help you get slim and trim.  It is aerobic and tones muscles you never knew you had.  You will learn to isolate abdominal muscles, vibrate your hips, snake your arms, undulate your torso, and tone your tummy while listening to exotic music.  

    So, do something new and exciting--shimmy into shape !
