Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center wants members to feel refreshed and relaxed with each visit. We try to take care of our members through providing free towel service, daily lockers, and spotlessly clean locker rooms with toiletries for your use including hair dryers, soap, shampoo, shaving cream, lotion, deodorant, and hair spray. In addition, each locker room provides the relaxing benefits of a whirlpool, steam room, and sauna. The front desk staff can provide you with information on our Center's programming and sign you up for any activities you request.

The Pro Shop offers a large variety of fitness apparel, shoes, and accessories. Choose from Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, Moving Comfort, Insport, Champion, Tail, and other brands.
