Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities the ultimate high-energy workout. Includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases resulting in a heart pumping fitness experience! This workout is perfect for all ability levels and knowing how to play tennis is not required.
