In Chinese, "Tai Chi"
means: tai - supreme and chi - energy. This ancient Chinese art combines slow, continuous, gentle and flowing wave-like movements of the whole body with specific breathing techniques for a calm, focused, and centered state of mind. Studies have shown that daily practice of these exercises help reduce stress and tension while increasing immunity, raising energy levels, lowering blood pressure, invigorating the cardiovascular system, and improving metabolism.
