Yoga is a class for everyone from the most basic beginner to the most advanced athlete. It is a wonderful way to improve your current physical condition as well as your mental well being. Yoga will help you develop strength and an improved sense of balance and flexibility. All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Classes offered:

  • Monday at 10:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. - this 75 minute class goes at a slower pace and allows more time for relaxation
  • Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday at 10:30 a.m.
  • Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
  • Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
