Youth Strength Training Overview

Build a Strong Foundation

FSHFC Fit Floor’s Youth Strength Training combines strength and conditioning drills to build strength and improve agility for sports, fitness and fun. It is the perfect summer program for ages 10 – 14 and incorporates equipment like kettle bells, battling ropes, ladders, sleds, sandbags and more!

This ongoing program meets every Tuesday and Friday at 11 am.
